Methods
We use SolidWorks 2007 to take rough sketch’s to CAD 3d Models.
With this technology we also convert old engineer drawings and actual parts into
CAD drawings. We are capable of converting the drawings to any format,
i.e. DWG, IGES, DXF.
We communicate to our customers with SolidWorks "E-Drawings", which allows
them to see and "red line" the product in 3D before we start manufacturing.
Production
We use CNC machines for fabrication of steel, aluminum, and stainless
sheet. Our Trumpf Brake, Laser, Punch and Hurco press brakes are the fastest and most
efficient means of fabrication for large and small run parts. We are capable
of many forming operations such as louvers, card guides, embosses, and
extrusions.
